My favorite Indian dishes

I love to cook Indian recipes with Indian spices and also some simple healthy recipes.

Here I would like to share a number of my dishes which are my all-time favorite and also daily I used these in my meals. Sometimes I cooked some quick recipes like fries with the uses of many vegetables which take less time also very delicious. My favorite cuisine is Assamese, North Indian, Punjabi, and Bengali foods so I give all of my tried recipes here during this blog.

Palak(spinach) Paneer


Ingredients:

Palak Paneer
Palak Paneer
Spinach -500gm
Cumin seeds-1/4 tbsp
Oil -2tbsp 
Butter -2tbsp 
Garlic -1tbsp (Chopped )
Geen chilly -1(Chopped )
Ginger -1/2 tbsp(Chopped )
Onion -one chopped     
Red chilly powder -1tbsp 
Jeera powder-1/2tbsp 
Paneer sliced -200 gm
Cream- 3tbsp 



Method of preparation:

Step 1: Boil the palak (Spinach) on high flame for 2 to 3 mints. It should not fully boil.

Step 2:Drop the palak(spinach) in ice water and keep it for 1mint. Squeeze it softly to water out.

Step 3:Make a fine paste with 4 spoons of water.

Step 4:Hot one karahi/pan in medium flame and add oil.

Step 5: Add cumin seeds and saute it still smells come out.

Step 6: Add butter, give chopped garlic to it and stir fry it in medium heat and make it completely brown.

Step 7: Add chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, and onion. Stir continuously it for 2 mint in high flame.

Step 8: When the color of onion changed pour the palak(spinach) paste to it and stir fry it for sometimes when oil comes out slightly.

Step 9: Add salt as per taste, red chilly paste & cumin powder and cook it for 1 mint.

Step 10: Add Paneer slices(fried/non-fried) to it and mix it carefully and cook it for 2mint.

Step 11: Add cream on the dish at last and mix it and turn off the flame.Not cooked the cream so much make it only hot.

Our delicious palak paneer is now ready to serve with roti, paratha, or rice.😋😋
