My favorite Indian dishes

I love to cook Indian recipes with Indian spices and also some simple healthy recipes.

Here I would like to share a number of my dishes which are my all-time favorite and also daily I used these in my meals. Sometimes I cooked some quick recipes like fries with the uses of many vegetables which take less time also very delicious. My favorite cuisine is Assamese, North Indian, Punjabi, and Bengali foods so I give all of my tried recipes here during this blog.

Egg Curry

Ingredients:

For fry the eggs:

Hard-boiled eggs -2 nos.
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - Some pinches

Oil - 2 tablespoon

For Curry:
Cardamom - 2nos
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves- 2nos  
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp          
Onions - 2 (medium-sized paste)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilies - 2nos.
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
Tomatoes-2(Puree)
Cashews-10

Method Of Preparation:


STEP 1: Take the eggs in a bowl. and add the  Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, and Salt. 

STEP 2: Mix all the spices with eggs properly as all spices coated on the body of the eggs.

STEP 3: Heat oil on the pan/kadhai and add the coated eggs on oil.Fry until it makes brown and crispy. Keep outside the eggs. of the pan to another plate.

STEP 4: Now it time to make the gravy. Heat the oil on pan/kadhai and add the dry spices Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin seeds. Saute them for 30 sec and add the onion paste to it. Fry it till the raw flavor is out.

STEP 5: Add ginger garlic paste and fry it with onion until raw flavor is gone of ginger garlic paste.

STEP 6: Make a  thin paste with Red chili powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Black pepper powder with 4tbsp of water.

STEP 7: Add this paste on the pan with the onion mix. Fry them until oil is separated from the mixture. This indicates spices are cooked properly.

STEP 8: Now add the tomato puree to it and again cook for 5 mint in medium flame.

STEP 9: When oil got  separated from the mixture, add one cup of water to it and keep it boil

STEP 10: When it is boiling drop the eggs to the gravy. Add garam masala powder and crushed Kasturi methi to it.

STEP 11: Now close the lead and again cook for 5 mins in the steamer. At last, add the chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.

Our Egg curry is ready to serve .we can serve it with roti/rice to taste better.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š....
